Use the Beginner's mode if you are a newcomer or have little IPR searching experience.
The Beginner's mode allows to carry out basic searches within the most frequently used search fields by means of simple queries.
Please choose the desired type of IP right on the DPMAregister homepage and click on 'Beginner's search'. You will get an easy search form containing the most frequently used fields.
The search form contains a number of input fields. A link (question mark symbol) is provided with any field, which takes you to an overview of the search fields. To the right, you will find at least one example in the admissible entry format.
Please enter your search terms. Fill in at least one field. Use the mouse or TAB key to move from field to field.
If you fill in several input fields of the search form, all fields will be combined by the operator AND.
