After opening DPMAregister and selecting the DPMAkurier link, you will be taken to the login screen.
If you are a first-time user, click on the "Please register here" link. This link will take you to the registration form. Please enter your e-mail address, a freely chosen password and your details. Fields marked by * are mandatory and must be completed. These details serve for managing your access authorisation and for secure transmission of e-mails. Information on data protection is available in the Data Protection Statement .
After saving your details an automated e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. It confirms your registration and provides a link for activating the user account.
After activating the account you can login via the DPMAkurier link provided on the DPMAregister homepage and use the individual supply Services. Successful login will take you to the start page of DPMAkurier "Overview supply services".
After logging in, you will find a "logout" link at the top right to close the current session. If you do not logout, the session will be terminated automatically after 30 minutesof inactivity.
If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot password" link. On the next screen, you will be prompted to answer your registered security question. If you answer the question correctly, you will receive an e-mail containing a new password, generated automatically, which you can use for logging in to DPMAkurier. We recommend to change this password again on the "Preferences" page and to use an individually chosen password.
If you have not logged in to DPMAkurier for more than 12 months, you will receive a corresponding message by e-mail. If you do not log onto DPMAkurier with your user ID for another 90 days your user data will be deleted from the system. Your user data as well as your search requests will be lost and cannot be restored.
You can register again at a later stage to use DPMAkurier , if required.
