57	Abstract	AB	Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung handelt es sich um ein Pressdruckverfahren zur Bildübertragung mit einem speziell beschichteten Papier und Sublimationstinte, bei dem ein Muster oder Bild auf ein mit der speziellen Beschichtung beschichtetes Papier gedruckt wird, um anschließend von dort auf den zu bedruckenden Gegenstand übertragen zu werden. Bei der Verwendung in einem Tintenstrahldruck-, Siebdruck-, Tiefdruckverfahren oder Flexodruckverfahren verhindert die Beschichtung, dass die gedruckte Tinte durch die Papierporosität das Papier durchdringt. Die Bildübertragung von dem beschichteten Papier auf den zu bedruckenden Gegenstand wird durch Wärme und Ausüben eines Drucks bei einer Temperatur zwischen 200°C und 230°C durchgeführt, wobei die Beschichtung durch die Wärme aktiviert wird, sodass die Beschichtung weich wird und sich an die zu bedruckende Oberfläche anpasst und leicht anhaftend dort fixiert wird. Dies ermöglicht eine direkte Übertragung der Sublimationstinte an die Kontaktfläche der zu bedruckenden Oberfläche, wodurch die Beschichtung den anderen Beschichtungen auf dem Markt überlegen ist.
