57AbstractABA flat wire motor stator plane hairpin forming device, comprising two forming mechanisms that are provided in a bilateral symmetry mode, wherein each of the forming mechanisms comprises a forming die assembly and a forming driving mechanism; the two forming die assemblies that are provided in the bilateral symmetry mode comprise: third pressing heads (49), second pressing heads (47), and first pressing heads (45), wherein the top surfaces of all the pressing heads are provided with forming grooves for placing a flat wire straight strip. The forming driving mechanisms are used for driving the forming die assemblies to rotate about a rotating center so as to bend the middle of a flat wire, are further used for driving the second pressing heads (47) to translate with respect to the third pressing heads (49) so as to adjust the bending length of a middle bending section of the flat wire, and are used for driving the first pressing heads (45) to deflect with respect to the second pressing heads (47) so as to bend the long straight leg of the flat wire. According to the forming device, the pressing heads are controlled to move by means of displacement of different actuators, shapes of hairpins of different shapes can be controlled by means of the actuators, and the forming device is high in adaptability, universality, and working efficiency.
