Sie können nachts unter fast vollständiger elektronischer und optischer Tarnung in besonders gut geschützten gegnerischen Verteidigungsbereichen (Hafenanlagen, Küstenvorfelder, Seewege) Minen legen und räumen. Sie eignen sich hervorragend zum unbemerkten Minenräumen vor gegnerischen Küsten in Vorbereitung einer Seelandung.$A Schnelle kleine Stealth-MLR-Schiffe werden in der Kriegsmarine oder bei größeren Marine Corps, etwa dem US-Marine Corps, einsetzbar sein.
