57AbstractABBei einem temperierbaren Werkzeug (11) bzw. einer temperierbaren Form zur Herstellung von Kunststofformteilen mit wenigstens einem Formnest (12) zur Aufnahme der Form des herzustellenden Kunststofformteils, wenigstens je einer Einlaß- bzw. Auslaßöffnung (13; 14), wobei Einlaß- und Auslaßöffnung (13; 14) über Kanäle (15) miteinander in Verbindung stehen und ein Temperiermedium-Kanalsystem zum Kühlen bzw. Beheizen des Formnestes (12) bilden, wird eine Verkürzung der Schußzeit (Zykluszeit) und eine Verbesserung der Wartungsfreundlichkeit sowie eine höhere Qualität der gespritzten Formteile dadurch erreicht, daß der Verlauf der Kanäle (15) der äußeren Form des Formnestes (12) angepaßt ist und daß die Geometrie der Kanäle (15) auf das Temperaturprofil im Kunststofformteil abgestimmt ist. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Werkzeuges bzw. einer solchen Form ist durch die folgenden Schritte angegeben:$A - Auftrennen des Werkzeugs bzw. der Form in der Ebene/den Ebenen der herzustellenden Kanäle,$A - Herstellen der Kanäle entsprechend dem gewünschten Verlauf in wenigstens einer Trennfläche des aufgetrennten Werkzeugs bzw. der aufgetrennten Form durch Fräsen, o. dgl. und$A - Verbinden der aufgetrennten Teile des Werkzeugs bzw. Form.
