57	Abstract	AB	A semiconductor device comprising a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern which are provided on a main surface of an insulating substrate, and a first semiconductor element and a second semiconductor element which are each disposed on the first conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern includes a first input region overlapping the first semiconductor element, and a second input region overlapping the second semiconductor element. An output electrode of the first semiconductor element and an output electrode of the second semiconductor element are interconnected by means of a first wiring member. An output electrode of the second semiconductor element and the second conductive pattern are interconnected by means of a second wiring member. The ratio of a current that flows from the second input region to the second conductive pattern via the second semiconductor element, with respect to a current that flows from the first input region to the second conductive pattern via the first semiconductor element, is 0.90 to 1.10 inclusive.
