57AbstractABDie Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bestimmen der effektiven Zählrate von Photonen in einer kombinierten MR-Emissionstomographieaufnahme, das die Schritte umfasst:$A a) Erfassen von MR-Signalen mit einer MR-Vorrichtung (5) in einem MR-Emissionstomographiegerät zum Erzeugen einer MR-Aufnahme (16; 26) von einem Untersuchungsobjekt (1) mit mehreren Gewebearten (12 - 15; 19 - 21), die jeweils einen spezifischen MR-Parameter aufweisen;$A b) Zuordnen von mehreren Emissionstomographiedämpfungskoeffizienten (24) zu den mehreren Gewebearten (12 - 15; 19 - 21) in Abhängigkeit von dem MR-Parameter durch eine Zuordnungseinheit, so dass jeweils ein Emissionstomographiedämpfungskoeffizient wenigstens einer der Gewebearten in dem Untersuchungsobjekt entspricht;$A c) Erfassen von Photonen in dem Untersuchungsobjekt mit einer Emissionstomographievorrichtung in dem MR-Emissionstomographiegerät zum Erzeugen einer Emissionstomographieaufnahme (31; 34) und$A d) Wichten der Emissionstomographieaufnahme mit den Emissionstomographiedämpfungskoeffizienten durch eine Korrekturvorrichtung zum Ermitteln der effektiven Zählrate in den mehreren Gewebearten und zum Erzeugen einer korrigierten Emissionstomographieaufnahme (35).$A Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine entsprechende Vorrichtung für die Durchführung des Verfahrens.
