57AbstractABEin Verfahren zum Betreiben einer kontinuierlichen Abtrennung eines Zielproduktes X in Form von feinteiligem Kristallisat aus einer das Zielprodukt X und vom Zielprodukt X verschiedene Bestandteile enthaltenden flüssigen Phase P durch Kühlungssuspensionskristallisation im von der flüssigen Phase P kontinuierlich angeströmten Sekundärraum eines indirekten Wärmeübertragers bei gleichzeitiger kontinuierlicher Durchströmung des Primärraums des indirekten Wärmeübertragers mit einem Kühlmittel sowie kontinuierlicher Entnahme einer einen Kristallisationsgrad Y aufweisenden Kristallisatsuspension S aus dem Sekundärraum in zwei Betriebszuständen I und II, wobei im Betriebszustand II die Kühlmitteltemperatur kleiner, die Massenstromstärke der flüssigen Phase P größer und der molare Anteil der vom Zielprodukt X verschiedenen Bestandteile an der flüssigen Phase P größer als im Betriebszustand I ist.
