57AbstractABDie Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitsgurteinrichtung mit einer Kraftbegrenzungseinheit, gebildet durch ein mit der Sicherheitsgurteinrichtung verbundenes Zugelement (7), welches eine Reibungsvorrichtung (8) durchläuft, wobei ein erstes Ende (7a) des Zugelementes (7) ausgehend von der Reibungsvorrichtung auf die Sicherheitsgurteinrichtung aufwickelbar ist, und die Kraft an einem zweiten Ende (7b) des Zugelementes (7) ausgehend von der Reibungsvorrichtung (8) in Abhängigkeit von der Fahrzeugverzögerung mittels einer Trägheitsmasse (5) steuerbar ist, wobei das Zugelement (7) aus einem Flachband gebildet ist.
