57AbstractABVerfahren zum Aufrauen von Bauteiloberflächen, insbesondere aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Keramik, zur Haftverbesserung von hierauf thermisch gespritzten Schichten, indem die Oberfläche unter Bildung von mikroskopischen Hinterschnitten aufgeraut wird, wobei in die Oberfläche (2) mittels gepulster Laserstrahlen mit Neigungswinkeln (6) im Bereich von 20 bis 80° schräg verlaufende Formtaschen (1) eingebracht werden, die so dimensioniert sind, dass mindestens eine der Kanten der Formtaschen einen Hinterschnitt (7) in Bezug zur Metalloberfläche bildet.
