| 57 | Abstract | AB | Ein beflocktes Band für Fahrzeugprofile und dergleichen umfasst eine Faserschicht (1) aus einer Beflockung, eine Harzschicht (2), die als Klebstoff für die Faserschicht auf einer Auflage dient, und eine thermoplastische Auflage (3). Die Auflage (3) besteht aus einem nichtgewebten Stoff, das heißt aus einem "Vliesstoff", der im Spunlaid-Verfahren hergestellt wird und durch Kalandrieren und durch Wärmeschweißen mechanisch verfestigt wird. Die Auflage (3) ist in Fasern aus Polyester oder Propylen ausgeführt, mit einer guten Haftfähigkeit an Thermoplasten, wie zum Beispiel thermoplastische Elastomere, Vulkanisate, Olefine und Polyurethan, oder auch Kautschuk. Das so strukturierte Band wird beim Verlassen einer Spritzgussform, eines Extrusionsbandes oder einer Formmaschine auf abzudeckenden Profilen (4) aufgebracht, indem deren Temperatur ausgenutzt wird, in der Weise, dass das beflockte Material einfach mit leichtem Druck aufgebracht wird, wodurch dieses Material an dem abzudeckenden Profilen (4) haften bleibt. |
