57AbstractABDie Erfindung betrifft Partikel zur Ermittlung der lokalen Temperatur in organischen und nichtorganischen Körpern. Beim Einsatz dieser Partikel wird die Temperatur unter Anwendung des Verfahrens der Kernresonanz-Spektroskopie (NMR) ermittelt.$A Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Temperatursensoren zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit deren Hilfe berührungsfrei auf einer Nanometerskala die Temperatur in vivo gemessen werden kann. Dabei soll auch die Möglichkeit der Verwendung körperfremder oder nur gering im Körper vorhandener NMR-aktiver Substanzen, die gegebenenfalls toxisch sein können, ermöglicht werden. Mit den Temperatursensoren soll die in vivo-Temperaturmessung auch an körperfremden Materialien, zum Beispiel an Nanoteilchen, die in einer bestimmten Weise im Körper erwärmt werden, möglich sein. Aufgabe ist es weiterhin, diese Temperatursensoren mit definierten geometrischen Abmessungen im Nanometerbereich zu realisieren.$A Diese Aufgabe wird mit Partikeln gelöst, die erfindungsgemäß in einer Hülle eine Füllung aus einer oder mehreren temperatursensitiven Substanzen enthalten, deren Temperatur mittels NMR in vivo messbar ist, wobei die Hülle aus einer oder mehreren ineinander steckenden Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhren oder einem Fulleren besteht.
