57AbstractABDie Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren der Verblindung von Arzneimitteln mit Hilfe von thermochromatischen Farbstoffen. Zwecks Differenzierung zwischen phänotypisch nicht zu unterscheidenden wirkstoffhaltigen Zubereitungen (Verum) und wirkstofffreien Zubereitungen (Placebo). Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine optisch dicht abgedeckte Codierung, durch temperaturinduziertes Transparentwerden der Abdeckung sichtbar gemacht wird oder dass eine zuvor nicht erkennbare Codierung durch Temperaturänderung optisch wahrnehmbar und somit lesbar gemacht wird.
