Die Form und Größe des Stofftierohres sind dabei variabel und nicht Teil des Schutzanspruchs. Die gepunkteten Linien sind nicht Bestandteil der Marke und sollen lediglich die Position der Marke auf den Waren zeigen. Die durch die gepunkteten Linien dargestellte Form eines Tierkopfs ist lediglich beispielhaft und bezweckt nicht die Beschränkung des Schutzumfangs der Marke auf diese Tierkopfform.
