57AbstractABDie Erfindung betrifft eine Technologie einschließlich einer Anlage, um metallhaltige Kunststoffgemische und -verbunde, z. B. Elektronik- und Kleingeräteschrott, platzsparend, kostengünstig und umweltgerecht zu separieren.$A Die bekannten thermischen, chemischen und mechanischen Verfahren sind nur unzureichend auf die Gewinnung direkt verwertbarer Wertstofffraktionen ausgerichtet.$A Erfindungsgemäß können neben einer weitgehenden Metall-Kunststoff-Trennung verschiedene wiederverwertbare Metall- und Kunststofffraktionen gewonnen werden, die in nachfolgenden Verarbeitungsschritten eine hohe Produktwertschöpfung ermöglichen, insbesondere auch NE-Metall-Fraktionen, die sich ohne Elektrolyse zu pulvermetallurgischen Erzeugnissen verarbeiten lassen.$A Die erforderlichenfalls vorzerkleinerten Materialverbunde oder -gemische werden von Eisenbestandteilen weitgehend befreit und wahlweise einer Hammermühle oder einem Schneidgranulator zugeführt. Nach einer Windsichtung wird die Leichtfraktion in mindestens 3 Korngrößenbereiche klassiert. Die Schwerfraktion wird von restlichen Eisenbestandteilen befreit und ebenfalls klassiert. Eine Grobfraktion wird über eine Klaubemaschine geleitet, wo mindestens ein NE-Metallkonzentrat abgeschieden wird.
