57AbstractABDie Erfindung betrifft eine Technologie zur Materialseparation metallhaltiger Kunststoffgemische und -verbunde, z. B. Elektronikschrott und Schreddermischrückstände.$A Durch die Kombination mehrerer mechanischer Verfahren in einer Vorrichtung ist es möglich, platzsparend und mobil einsetzbar aus metallhaltigen Kunststoffverbunden, z. B. Elektronik- und Kleingeräteschrott, unterschiedliche Metalle in hohen Konzentrationen vom Kunststoff abzutrennen, um die so gewonnenen Stoffgruppen für die Weiterverarbeitung im Wirtschaftskreislauf zurückzugewinnen.$A Die ggf. vorzerkleinerten Materialverbunde können von grobstückigen Eisen- und Nichteisenmetallbestandteilen weitgehend befreit und einem Schneidgranulator zugeführt werden. Nach einer Windsichtung wird die Leichtfraktion in mindestens 3 Korngrößenbereiche klassiert. Die Schwerfraktion wird von letzten Eisenbestandteilen befreit und einem Siebsichter zugeführt, der so ausgestattet ist, daß die Funktionen Kupferlitzeagglomeration, Dichteseparation, Langkornabscheidung und Leichtgutabtrennung damit realisiert werden können. Zunächst im Kunststoff angereichert, werden anschließend Aluminiumanteile durch elektromagnetische Induktion und Kupferlitze durch Kornformseparation abgetrennt.
